Job Summary

Role Summary
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles supporting Retail and Consumer-facing businesses across international geographies with a strong preference for UK Europe USA and EMEA markets.
This role requires a hands-on recruiter who has personally handled international hiring worked with overseas Hiring Managers and understands the cultural market and process nuances of global recruitment.
The successful candidate will independently drive the full recruitment lifecycle - from intake and market mapping to sourcing interviewing stakeholder management offer closures and onboarding - in a fast-paced delivery-driven global environment.
Key Responsibilities (Additions Highlighted)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across international markets (UK/Europe/USA/EMEA).
Partner with international Hiring Managers and Business Leaders across time zones to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Build global sourcing strategies using market mapping headhunting referrals and competitor intelligence.
Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews for international candidates.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring trends in overseas markets.
Manage cross-border hiring processes including coordination with compliance background checks and onboarding teams.
Drive high standards of candidate experience and stakeholder communication in an international delivery model.
Search Criteria / Candidate Profile (Updated)
Mandatory Experience & Skills
8 12 years of overall recruitment experience with at least 5 7 years in hands-on end-to-end recruitment (3- 4 years of executive hiring experience)
Proven experience hiring for mid to senior-level positions (Manager Senior Manager Lead Head roles).
Mandatory exposure to international hiring with preference for:
UK
Europe
