Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives both on-site and in the showroom We are looking for a Projects & Showroom Sales Manager to drive project sales grow key accounts and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales leads through site visits referrals and client meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers contractors and project stakeholders

Negotiate pricing payment terms and contracts in line with company policies

Convert leads into sales and manage the full order cycle (orders logistics coordination and payment follow-ups)

Serve and advise walk-in showroom customers ensuring excellent retail service

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field

5 years experience in sales within the plumbing hardware or construction materials industry

Proven experience working with developers and contractors in the construction sector

Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills

Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable working both in the field and showroom
