Job Summary
TITLE: Kennett Middle School Track & FieldCoach
REPORTS TO: Middle School AthleticCoordinator
SEASON:Mid-March throughEarly June
SCHEDULE:Afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday
*subject to change
SKILLS REQUIRED:Previous Track & Field coaching experience preferred but not needed. Coach will be responsible forteam activities including all scheduled practices and meets and will adhere to districtpolicies rules and objectives. Coach will lead by example among the team and participants. Focus will be on personal development skill development safety fair play sportsmanship and work to establish and improve the team and program.
Candidate should be detail-oriented must meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District and some NHIAA requirements ability to travel with the team to and from home & away meets. CPR/First Aid certification required but will train if needed.
