This is a unique opportunity to join an entry level position and advance with a quickly growing organization. As a Behavioral Health Coach you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by developing personalized strategies to promote positive behavioral changes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and empower individuals to achieve their personal goals. Your contributions will directly enhance our mission to foster an inclusive environment and improve the well-being of our community.

We offer a competitive salary range of $78900 - $82500 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Compensation:

Pay: Based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Our Kiddos: 2-10 years old many in early intervention (2-5 years old). Fair Warning you may become attached

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients navigating behavioral health challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Facilitate group sessions and workshops to promote skill development
  • Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate clients and families about neurodiversity and available resources
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in psychology social work or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of behavioral health concepts is a plus
