Job Summary
Location: Minneapolis MN
Pay Range: $60000 $80000 annually
Reports To: Director of Paratransit Operations

Essential Job Functions:
Culture and Leadership
Champion the organizations core values in all leadership and decision-making.
Foster a positive inclusive workplace culture that promotes safety engagement collaboration and continuous improvement.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure KPIs are met.
Forecast 30 days ahead to monitor staffing needs P&L metrics and productivity.
Collaborate with team leads and support staff for efficient resource coordination.
Interpret and analyze operational data from various sources.
Manage facility maintenance cleanliness and safety.
Ensure compliance with FTA DOT DHS and STS regulations.
People Leadership & Development
Hire train and retain high-performing operations staff.
Implement regular coaching sessions and development planning with team leads.
Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives aligned with company culture.
Manage employee relations in coordination with HR.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Support
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency safety and service quality.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects supporting growth and innovation.
Contribute to annual budgeting forecasting and operational planning.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in operations management preferably in transportation or logistics.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (FTA DOT DHS STS).
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial data.
Commitment to fostering a positive and safety-focused workplace culture.
