About the role:

This role is a part time 12 month fixed term contract working in our Melbourne office at 530 Collins St. Working days will be Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator ensures positive customer interactions throughout each touchpoint with our people our visitors and our new starters at the 530 Collins Street office Help Pod; creating a workplace experience that is exceptional in the moments that matter.

The Coordinator looks for opportunities to develop an environment that contributes to creativity fosters belonging pride and creativity to unleash untapped potential in our people.

  • Self-leadership & Organisation: Ensure personal and team effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively within the People and Experience team with all employees at 530 Collins Street and suppliers vendors and contractors demonstrating alignment with agreed team behaviours;
  • Build and maintain successful relationships relevant to the role purpose and contribute to the accomplishment of People and Corporate Services team goals; and
  • Deliver an effortless and seamless Help Pod service experience creating valuable workplace experiences for employees and visitors to 530 Collins St including:
  • The provision of a consistent high quality Help Pod service
  • Delivery of new starter inductions visitor services urgent assistance technology assistance and facilities support both at the Help Pod desk and throughout the office location
  • Ensuring an exceptional experience for employees and visitors
  • Ensuring the Help Pod Team set the tone and energy for a positive workplace experience
  • Working collaboratively with the Help Pod team to achieve agreed targets and measures
  • Reviewing Help Pod team data and reports and identifying service improvement and productivity opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the People & Experience team
  • Contribute and assist the broader People & Experience team to work towards the overall strategy

About you and your experience:

  • Qualifications in business administration or related field or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a front of house service;
  • A strong background and passion for engaging guests and providing exceptional guest service
  • Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to deadlines prioritise multiple services and take initiative to achieve outcomes A collaborative approach with the ability to build effective partnerships within own team and across the organisation;
  • Problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail the ability to analyse issues logically and to deliver valueadding business outcomes
  • Flexible and approachable with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully calmly and effectively with a wide range of people from within and outside the organisation; and
  • Focused on delivery to deadlines and high standards through tenacity and dedication to continuous improvement.
