Job Summary
Position Title: Interventional Radiology / Cardiology Technologist
Location: Minneapolis MN
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 AM 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $60 $65/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Interventional Radiology / Cardiology Technologistfor an exciting job in Minneapolis MN.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during interventional radiology and cardiology procedures
Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic-quality images
Prepare procedure rooms equipment and supplies
Position patients accurately and ensure radiation safety standards are followed
Assist with contrast administration and monitor patients during procedures
Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedural setup and breakdown
Perform equipment checks and ensure proper functioning of imaging systems
Accurately document procedures and technical data
Collaborate with radiologists cardiologists nurses and other care team members
Adhere to hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Active Radiologic Technologist or Cardiology Technologist certification
Experience in Interventional Radiology Cath Lab or related procedural setting
Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and radiation safety
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professional dependable and adaptable
Required Licensure / Certifications:
ARRT (RTR or RTVI) or RCIS certification as applicable
Minnesota license or eligibility as required
BLS certification
