Overview of the role
This is a unique permanent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our large Analysis are looking foraSeniorBusiness Analystfor a rolewithin ourConsumer Tribewhereyourexperiencein UXandexpertisein stakeholdercoordination and management would shine.
The Chapter consists of around300like-minded analysts where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. Whatyoulldo:
- Work within a squadas part of the broaderConsumer Tribe
- Build strong relationships through engagement with colleagues and stakeholders across Business andTechnology.
- Document current and future state processes andidentifyopportunities for improvement.
- Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesise information accurately completely and coherently.
- Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gathervalidateand document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.
- Raise and support mitigation and resolution of risks and issues using established tools and frameworks were applicable.
- Create detailed user stories (in JIRA) to support delivery.
- Work close with squad / project members including but not limited to Project Manager Scrum Master architects Developers Tech Leads Test Analyst toidentify capture plan and deliver changes
Whatyoullbring:
- Recent experience withUX and AI
- Web/mobile appexperience (desired)
- Minimum5years business analysis experience in a project/delivery orientated rolefrom a large organisation.
- Minimum5years Agile Lean and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices workshops and Agile ceremonies facilitation.
- Must be able to translate and understand business and technical requirements and provideappropriate alternativesand solutions to meet those requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement relationship management and influencing skills including experience in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong teamplayer with a positive attitude willingness to learn and desire to make a difference.
