Overview of the role

This is a unique permanent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our large Analysis are looking foraSeniorBusiness Analystfor a rolewithin ourConsumer Tribewhereyourexperiencein UXandexpertisein stakeholdercoordination and management would shine.

The Chapter consists of around300like-minded analysts where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing. You will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) and supporting is proud of our fantastic culture where you will be supported in your career development.

Whatyoulldo:

Work within a squadas part of the broaderConsumer Tribe

Build strong relationships through engagement with colleagues and stakeholders across Business andTechnology.

Document current and future state processes andidentifyopportunities for improvement.

Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesise information accurately completely and coherently.

Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gathervalidateand document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Raise and support mitigation and resolution of risks and issues using established tools and frameworks were applicable.

Create detailed user stories (in JIRA) to support delivery.

Work close with squad / project members including but not limited to Project Manager Scrum Master architects Developers Tech Leads Test Analyst toidentify capture plan and deliver changes

Whatyoullbring:

Recent experience withUX and AI

Web/mobile appexperience (desired)

Minimum5years business analysis experience in a project/delivery orientated rolefrom a large organisation.

Minimum5years Agile Lean and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices workshops and Agile ceremonies facilitation.

Must be able to translate and understand business and technical requirements and provideappropriate alternativesand solutions to meet those requirements.

Strong stakeholder engagement relationship management and influencing skills including experience in dealing with various stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Strong teamplayer with a positive attitude willingness to learn and desire to make a difference.
