WHY: The purpose of this role is to mature the Program Management Office (PMO) within Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV driving visibility governance and timely execution of all launch deliverables while fostering a strong people-first culture.

WHAT: As a PMO EGM you will lead the PMO to deliver operational excellence empower staff and ensure alignment with organizational goals across manufacturing software and program management.

HOW: By building a robust PMO framework and enabling cross-functional collaboration to make it happen for our customers.

Work Arrangement - Onsite

The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

• Establish and evolve PMO governance to ensure consistent processes visibility and timely execution of GVDP deliverables.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focusing on coaching engagement and career growth.
• Drive cross-functional alignment both internally (cross-department) and externally (between manufacturing engineering/operations software and program teams) to mitigate risks and accelerate launches.
• Implement standardized reporting and dashboards for program health resource allocation and issue resolution.

• Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software manufacturing and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

• 8 years of professional experience
• 5 years of professional experience in program management manufacturing operations or business processes.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor people foster collaboration and build high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of PMO practices and program management principles including governance planning and structured execution in a global manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead effectively across functions and at all organizational levels including senior leadership.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex program strategies clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a start-up mentalityadaptable resilient and capable of driving transformation in ambiguous environments.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in establishing or optimizing PMOs within large-scale organizations.
• Familiarity with vehicle manufacturing systems and processes electrical architecture and SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) programs.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Jira MS Project Agile frameworks).
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities globally.
