In this role youll be the central architect of our public sector growth serving as the critical link between security compliance and revenue generation. You wont just manage a checklist; you will lead a cross-functional mission to bring authorized products to market directly influencing how the public sector adopts sustainable and efficient digital construction technology.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Orchestrate High-Impact Launches: Lead end-to-end GTM programs for FedRAMP and GovRAMP products aligning Marketing Sales Legal and Product teams from strategy to execution.

• Bridge Technology and Business: Partner with Security and Technical teams to translate complex authorization timelines into actionable unified GTM roadmaps.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Design executive-ready dashboards and enhance PMO governance to streamline delivery in highly regulated environments.

• Champion Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary hub for FedRAMP activities mitigating risks and coaching junior team members on best-in-class stakeholder management.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8 years of Program/Project Management experience specifically within Marketing or Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.

• FedRAMP & GTM Alignment: Direct experience and working knowledge of the FedRAMP authorization process (Readiness Authorization Continuous Monitoring) specifically how it dictates and directly correlates to the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy timelines and execution.

• Complexity Management: Proven track record of leading large-scale multi-stakeholder programs that delivered measurable business impact.

• Leadership: Strong ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and navigate fast-paced ambiguous and highly regulated environments.

• Tools: Proficiency in enterprise project management software (e.g. Wrike Jira or Smartsheet).

• Structured Problem Solving: Experience leading data driven problem solving and root cause analysis

Bonus Points For:

• Certifications: PMP and/or Lean certification and/or understanding of key principles.

• PMP Lean certification and/or understanding of key principles.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related technical field

• Public Sector Savvy:Deep understanding of the Government procurement process and the marketing strategies involved.

• GTM Strategy & Positioning: Expertise in translating FedRAMP and technical compliance into clear market messaging and sales enablement for public sector customers.

• Strategic Facilitation & Frameworks: Experience leading lean ceremonies and/or workshop facilitation

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
