Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required:
NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce
QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willing to undertake)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management

Drive continuous improvement and ensure the homes statement of purpose is fulfilled
You must have:
Full UK Driving Licence
Extensive leadership and management experience in childrens residential care
Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment
