We are seeking aLegal Avisor (Contract Law)to join our team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contracts(focus EU Institutions);
- Draft and review consortium agreements and related documentation;
- Support the commercial team in contractual negotiations;
- Ensure legal compliance and risk management;
Knowledge and skills:
- Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken);
- Solid understanding of contract law;
- Solid understanding of competition/antitrust law;
- Autonomy proactivity and strong ownership;
- Excellent communication skills;
