We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists currently living in Porto Portugal to join a growing international team in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Dutch via phone email and chat

Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and general inquiries

Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

Follow company policies and quality standards
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)

Good English level (B2 or higher)

Currently living in Porto or nearby areas

Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a hybrid model (office remote)
