About the Role

This is a pivotal commercial leadership role within Ingram Micro responsible for shaping and accelerating the performance of our HPI portfolio across PCs laptops printers and accessories. As the Business Manager you will define the strategic direction drive execution excellence and lead a highperforming team to deliver sustained revenue and profitability growth.

Success in this role requires a strategic commercially astute leader with deep knowledge of the hardware and SMB/Enterprise IT landscape. You will build and strengthen vendor partnerships maximise market opportunities and ensure our HPI business continues to grow its presence and share across the channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the endtoend HPI Business Unit delivering revenue profitability and yearonyear growth

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and promotional programs aligned to HPI priorities
  • Build strong proactive relationships with HP Inc. vendor teams to unlock new opportunities
  • Coach mentor and elevate capability across sales product and marketing teams
  • Analyse monthly performance across all HPI categories identifying gaps and driving corrective action
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process ensuring delivery against brand targets and KPIs
  • Increase HPI visibility and engagement across the sales organisation through training enablement and effective sales tools
  • Oversee quarterly marketing plans and support HPIled initiatives to strengthen brand presence and demand generation
  • Evaluate product portfolios identify whitespace opportunities and drive increased shareofwallet with partners
  • Provide regular performance reporting and ensure compliance with HP Inc. rebate profitability and program requirements

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing a business product or vendor portfolio ideally within Endpoint solutions

  • Strong understanding of laptops desktops printers and accessories
  • Proven ability to build trusted influential relationships with vendors partners and internal stakeholders
  • Skilled in leading change driving strategic initiatives and influencing outcomes
  • Strong people leadership capability with a track record of developing highperforming teams
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded with experience in budgeting forecasting and performance management
  • Background in ICT sales product management distribution or vendor management is highly regarded
