This role is for an experienced practitioner who knows the system understands carers and young people and is ready to take the next step into people leadership or deepen it with our support.
As Team Leader Home Based Care youll lead the day-to-day operations of foster and kinship care services across the Wimmera catchment ensuring children and young people experience safe stable and nurturing placements.
Youll supervise and support a team of Home-Based Care Case Managers guide practice manage workflow and ensure services meet legislative regulatory and funding requirements.
Youll also build strong partnerships with carers community agencies Aboriginal organisations and government stakeholders.
