Job Summary

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Private Rented Sector (PRS) Offer Project Team Lead to drive and manage our PRS initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong experience in lettings property management or housing procurement with a proven track record of working with private landlords. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships ensuring a robust supply of PRS properties and supporting tenancy and housing objectives across the NNC district.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the PRS offer project ensuring effective engagement with private landlords and timely delivery of housing solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords letting agents and other housing stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and housing policies in all PRS activities.
Identify secure and manage PRS properties to meet housing demand within the district.
Act as the main point of contact for PRS landlords providing guidance and support throughout tenancy management.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless housing offer to tenants.
Monitor and report on PRS property availability tenancy performance and compliance standards.
Represent the organization in meetings and networking events to strengthen housing partnerships.

Requirements

Strong experience and knowledge in lettings property management or housing procurement.
Track record of working successfully with private landlords.
In-depth understanding of the private rented sector and tenancy legislation.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead projects in a field-based environment.
