Job Description
Were looking for a Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Members Restaurant and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!
What Youll Do:
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service in a restaurant setting.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain a positive energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
Qualifications :
About the ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant setting.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Flexibility to work on events as and when required.
- Passion for food and wine is a plus!
We Offer:
Rate: 13.50 per hour
Contract: Full time/ Permanent
