The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation throughout the hotel. This role leads the housekeeping team manages resources efficiently and ensures guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel housekeeping with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations cleaning standards and hygiene procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets inventory and cost control.
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Computer literate: experience with hotel systems is an advantage.
