Job Summary

As a Product Manager youll own the delivery of engagement tools and cross-sell features for Sports and Casino across five brands in the ASE region (Brazil Canada Spain Portugal and Greece). Working closely with product design and tech teams youll help millions of customers discover and enjoy our products every day and enhance their overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Own BAU execution and product management of engaging and gamified promotional tools including operational QA troubleshooting and integration of third-party providers in coordination with Central teams.
  • Support testing experimentation and enhancements ensuring performance metrics and results are tracked and reported.
  • Deliver Sports Casino cross-sell product initiatives such as sliders bet-on-swipe GYML expansion and other discovery features.
  • Support homepage and surface-level updates leveraging API-driven placements and modular content to drive scalable engagement and cross-sell.
  • Translate requirements into user stories prioritise the backlog and coordinate releases and support roadmap planning by balancing engagement impact cross-sell outcomes and delivery constraints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Central P&T Design CRM Player Experience BI and Marketing teams to deliver roadmap priorities.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to benchmark features guide optimizations and ensure product competitiveness across regions.

Qualifications :

Specialist skills and experience
Essential

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of digital products from concept through launch and optimisation.
  • Experience working on promotional engagement features and API-driven platforms within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong ability to write clear user-focused stories and acceptance criteria informed by data and insights.
  • Proven problem-solving skills using sound judgement to assess risks and trade-offs.
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills when working with engineers designers and stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Practical understanding of third-party integrations.
  • Experience implementing scalable frameworks and processes to improve operations and collaboration.
  • Previous background with impactful cross-sell projects.
