Education: MSW/ MBA in HR
Experience: 5 - 8 years in FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing HR software Darwin box preferred
Location : Cochin
Salary : 6 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment for front line and middle level hirings.
2. Attendance & Leave Management - Monitor and validate daily attendance for office sales and factory staff in HRMS Software.
3. Employee Renewals & for Third Party Salary processing - Confirmation/contract or agreement renewal liaison with HODs for the recommendation PA consolidation and submission to HODs and Head HR.
4. Factory & Sales HR Coordinatio n- Act as the HR liaison for factory and sales cluster teams.
5. Training Execution & Engagement Initiatives - Coordinate training schedules as per the calendar
6. Exit Management & Operational HR Administration - Manage full & final settlement coordination exit formalities and clearance processes.
