Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Analyst with strong experience in analytics and database-driven projects. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate data- and insight-driven requirements into clear functional specifications. Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business data and analytics requirements
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs metrics dashboards and reports
- Translate business needs into functional requirements user stories and data definitions
- Collaborate with data engineers BI teams and database developers to deliver solutions
- Support AI/ML initiatives by helping define use cases data needs and success metrics (where applicable)
- Perform data validation and support UAT using SQL and analytics tools
- Create clear documentation presentations and status reports for stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 7 years experience in Business Intelligence and analytics-driven projects
- Strong experience working with databases and data-driven solutions
- Ability to gather analyze and document business data and analytics requirements
- Experience defining KPIs metrics dashboards and reports
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements user stories and data definitions
- Experience collaborating with data engineers BI teams and database developers
- Exposure to AI/ML initiatives including defining use cases data needs and success metrics
- Experience performing data validation and supporting UAT using SQL and analytics tools
- Strong documentation presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
