Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to support the design governance and administration of executive compensation programs for a publicly traded organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure competitive compliant and strategically aligned executive compensation practices.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities deep knowledge of public company executive compensation practices and the ability to work with highly confidential information while interacting with senior executives and board members.
Key Responsibilities

Support the design implementation and governance of executive compensation programs including equity-based compensation.

Partner with leadership and HR stakeholders to develop competitive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Prepare materials and analyses for Compensation Committee meetings.

Assist with shareholder meeting preparation and executive compensation disclosures.

Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based compensation models and analyses.

Support preparation of public company filings and disclosures including Proxy statements CD&A 10-K and 8-K.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive executive compensation information.

Bring structure and analytical rigor to complex cross-functional compensation initiatives.
Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in compensation roles.

7 years of experience in Executive Compensation within a public company environment.
-
Experience working with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Strong understanding of executive compensation governance and equity compensation programs.

Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills.

Experience supporting shareholder meetings and Compensation Committee planning.

High level of discretion attention to detail and professional judgment.
Preferred Background

Experience working at a Fortune 100 publicly traded company or a compensation consulting firm such as Mercer Willis Towers Watson Aon or Korn Ferry.

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
