Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Analyst on Central 1s Client Delivery team youll partner directly with clients and collaborate with internal project teams to deliver impactful software implementations for online banking and payment platform

*This is a 6 month temporary term for 6 months that can be based out of the Greater Toronto Area Ontario or Lower Mainland BC*

What youll be doing:

Client & Project Delivery

• Work directly with clients to support implementations from kickoff through launch independently or as part of a project team.
• Manage multiple projects or client initiatives at the same time.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle providing clear updates on progress timelines and budgets.
• Identify track and resolve project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.

Discovery Requirements & Documentation

• Lead or participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs and business requirements.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) requirements documentation impact analyses and change orders as needed.
• Define and support product vision for complex high-impact implementations.
• Develop update and maintain implementation and user guides.

Technical & Engineering Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering teams by clarifying requirements answering questions and validating solutions as they are developed.
• Translate business and client needs into clear actionable requirements for engineering execution.

Testing Deployment & Launch

• Coordinate functional regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage deployments to QA environments and support clients through UAT and go-live activities.
• Create launch plans and coordinate all launch-related activities.

Financial & Operational Management

• Track projects through each phase of the lifecycle using internal tools and systems.
• Review and ensure accuracy of project timesheets across multiple teams.
• Prepare monthly billing to reflect revenue earned for active initiatives.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure work stays within scope.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Coordinate and guide Implementation Analysts on larger or more complex projects.
• Share implementation knowledge best practices and product expertise with team members.
• Collaborate with the Client Development team to support strong long-term client relationships.

Post-Implementation Support

• Provide post-launch support to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Close out projects upon completion including final billing and documentation.

What youll have:

• A university degree in computer science business or other related discipline with an IT focus.

• 5 yearsrelevantexperienceand3 yearsconsultingand/or project managementexperience.

• Financial Services background is preferred especially in digital online banking platforms technology services.

• Business analysis and Project Management work experiencerequired. CBAP or PMP designation is an asset.

• Ableto build andmaintainstrong client relationships.

• Works collaboratively and contributesina team environment.

• Ableto prioritize andwork to schedules

• Adapts and responds to changing priorities and business needs.

• Stronganalytical problem solving planning organizational and time management skills.

• Communicateseffectively orally and in writingwith clients technicalteamsand co-workers.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment.

Salary range: $70000-$85000 per annum

The salaryrepresentsthe job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
