We are looking for a Data Developer to own the full data lifecycle within a manufacturing environmentfrom raw production supply chain and operational systems to trusted datasets and actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance on the factory floor and beyond.
This role combines hands-on data engineering analytical problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and reliability. The ideal candidate can move quickly while maintaining high data integrity and is skilled at translating complex or ambiguous operational questions into clear dashboards metrics and decision-ready data for manufacturing leadership and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate well-structured datasets supporting manufacturing operations reporting and analytics
- Partner with manufacturing operations supply chain and leadership teams to define key operational metrics and reporting standards
- Translate production quality and efficiency questions into clear dashboards and analytical outputs
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across manufacturing and enterprise systems
- Proactively identify data quality issues investigate root causes and prevent recurring operational data problems
- Support ongoing improvements to data models reporting infrastructure and manufacturing analytics
- Deliver insights that help teams improve productivity reduce waste and make faster data-driven decisions
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in data development analytics BI or data engineering
- Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with modern data stacks reporting tools and operational data
- Ability to translate manufacturing and operational needs into structured decision-ready data
- Strong ownership mindset with urgency and follow-through
- Clear communicator able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

- Comfort working independently while owning data outcomes that impact operations
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward execution
- Ability to balance speed with data accuracy and reliability
- Interest in building scalable reliable data foundations for manufacturing operations
