Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Collect clean and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain databases data systems and data analytics tools for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Interpret and communicate data analysis findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Identify trends patterns and correlations in complex datasets to drive business performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python R SQL and Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable way.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role.
Previous experience in project or construction management is beneficial.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $75000 - $85000 USD per year.
