Job Summary
Job Description: Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect organize and analyze large datasets to provide insights for improving medical care services.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to support decision-making processes.
- Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present findings to the management team.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to help optimize operational processes and patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python R or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data findings.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $87000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $124000 per year
