Job Summary

Mission Recruiting is working with an established civil litigation practice to add a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to its West Los Angeles office. This role offers hands-on litigation work meaningful client interaction and the support of a collaborative team that values balance mentorship and long-term growth.

This position is ideal for an attorney who wants real courtroom exposure while building strong litigation skills in an environment that is professional approachable and genuinely enjoyable.

What You Will Do

As part of the litigation team you will be trusted with substantive responsibility including:

Court appearances and motion practice
Drafting pleadings and discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Participating in mediations and pre-trial preparation
Supporting trial strategy and trial work
Building and maintaining client relationships

Competitive base salary ranging from $130000 to $200000 per year
