Salary: $70000 $80000 per year Bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

A growing professional services organization in the Sugar Land TX area is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support multiple small business and individual clients. This hybrid role offers a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to work with a variety of client accounts.

The position will handle day-to-day bookkeeping functions including general ledger maintenance reconciliations payroll processing and financial reporting.

• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable and process payments

• Record cash receipts and disbursements

• Prepare financial statements for client accounts

• Process payroll for multiple clients

• Prepare payroll and sales tax filings

• Provide light administrative support including document management and client communication

• 3 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred

• Intermediate QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification

• Experience using Xero

• Payroll and sales tax processing experience

• Salary: $70000 $80000 depending on experience

• Annual bonus potential (up to 10%)
