Mitigation Project Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Mitigation Project Manager to oversee mitigation and restoration projects from initial loss through completion. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships coordinating field teams and subcontractors ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering projects on time within budget and to high quality standards.

What you will be doing as a Mitigation Project Manager Project & Operations Management
Manage mitigation and restoration projects involving water fire mold and storm damage from start to finish
Conduct site inspections damage assessments and define scopes of work
Develop and manage project schedules resources and budgets
Ensure compliance with industry standards (IICRC) safety regulations and internal procedures
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners insurance adjusters and key stakeholders
Provide clear and timely updates regarding project status timelines and expectations
Address customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive client experience
Team & Vendor Coordination
Schedule supervise and support mitigation technicians and subcontractors
Ensure crews are properly trained equipped and following best practices
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and subcontractors to support project execution
Documentation & Insurance Coordination
Oversee accurate job documentation including photos moisture readings and daily logs
Collaborate with insurance carriers and adjusters to support claims and approvals
Review estimates change orders and job costing for accuracy
Quality Control & Safety
Perform routine site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Mitigation Property Manager 3 years of experience in mitigation restoration or property management
Strong knowledge of water fire mold and storm mitigation processes
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with estimating job documentation and project management software
Valid drivers license with the ability to travel locally
Preferred
IICRC certifications (WRT ASD AMRT or similar)
Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
Prior supervisory or management experience
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in confined spaces and environments impacted by water fire or mold
Availability for occasional after-hours or emergency response
