What youll be doing

The Monitoring & Oversight Consultant is responsible for ensuring compliance with organizational policies regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role involves monitoring processes identifying risks evaluating performance and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate potential issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accountability.

How youll succeed

  • Relationship Management - Liaise with stakeholders to support CIBCs physical security efforts. This will include establishing lines of communication and a network of good professional relationships. Providing advice and support to various internal stakeholders on Global Security Operations.
  • Improving Process Efficiency Identify develop and implement routine operational process enhancements to increase the teams efficiency. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in protective intelligence to facilitate continuous learning. Conduct regular reviews of processes systems and operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Monitoring and Oversight - Develop and implement monitoring frameworks tools and methodologies to track performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Conduct regular reviews of processes systems and operations to identify risks gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Use data-driven approaches to recommend improvements and support decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends risks and opportunities for optimization. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development - Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members are equipped to meet performance standards. Develop resources and tools to facilitate learning and professional development.

  • You can demonstrate 5 years of experience in monitoring oversight quality assurance or a related analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
