Job Description:

We are seeking a junior Solution Manager to join our team. As a Solution Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire solution development process from conception to implementation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that align with their goals

- Lead the solution development process including gathering requirements creating project plans and managing timelines

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth

- Manage project budgets and ensure solutions are delivered within budget

- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Act as a subject matter expert for our solutions and provide guidance and support to the sales team during client meetings and presentations

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline the solution development process

- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure solutions are in line with legal requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in electricity or a related field

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams

- Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions on time and within budget

- Experience working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project implementations
