About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Innovation Officer to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovation for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) this role you will oversee projects from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery operational excellence and top-quality outcomes. Strong project management skills proficiency with project management tools and Mandarin language ability are essential for collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product and packaging innovation projects from concept through launch including feasibility assessments R&D coordination and approvals.
• Lead project kick-offs provide progress updates and conduct lessons-learned sessions with stakeholders.
• Track project milestones monitor deliverables through project management software identify potential risks and implement strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators by sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence the implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Information Technology or a related field.
• 1 years of project management experience preferably in CPG or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in project management with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project Asana Jira or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering innovation projects from concept to launch.
• Mandarin language proficiency (written spoken and reading) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint).
