On-site in Torrance California work closely with leadership and clients in a collaborative in-person environment.

Note

This role is targeted at Tax Managers and above. Strong Tax Seniors may be considered. Staff-level candidates are not eligible.

Job Description

Manage and review complex individual partnership corporate and trust tax engagements
Serve as a primary client advisor building and maintaining strong relationships
Oversee workflow scheduling and delegation for seniors and staff
Review tax returns and technical positions to ensure quality and compliance
Mentor and develop team members through feedback training and leadership
Collaborate with partners on planning strategies and technical matters
Stay current on tax law changes and industry best practices

Qualifications

CPA license required
4 years of public accounting tax experience
Experience managing engagements and reviewing work
Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity types
Proven ability to mentor lead and communicate effectively
Stable employment history with solid tenure preferred
