Job Summary

Junior Product Designer
Welshpool Powys

Her is a change to join a product design team inside an engineering led R&D environment where ideas are expected to make it all the way to production.

Most of your time will be spent in CAD building parts and assemblies producing drawings and supporting prototyping and testing work. Youll work closely with engineers and manufacturing to understand how design decisions affect build cost and performance and you will get hands on with modern prototyping tools including in house 3D printing.

This is a role for someone with a Product Design or Industrial Design degree and around two years of industry experience who wants to learn by doing. A portfolio matters because it shows how you think and how you turn ideas into real products.

You wont be leading projects on day one. You will be expected to ask questions take feedback and improve quickly. As your experience grows you will take on more responsibility and ownership across projects.
