Job Summary
Introduction
Min 5 years in operations or technical product management
Prior experience working with IFPs AV Solutions or digital signage
Oversee all operational aspects with a focus on product lifecycles management technical support structures internal system upkeep and qualifty control
Ensure technical documentation product readiness staff enablement and customer onboarding processes are optimally executed across the division
Lead the Product Specialist team
Test all new product samples against approval matrix & sign off
Training and support - conduct training for Product Specilaist and installers
Digital platform and customer onboarding
Conduct product quality checks on all new shipments
Maintain and manage inventory
Oversee Interactive Flat panel assembly line processes
Ensure proper QA and documentation
Set KPIs
Hiring of staff
Ensure compliance with policies procedures and installations
Matric diploma / degree in Engineering Operations IT or Electronics
Technical certifications - CompTIA A/N ITIL or equivalent
Microsoft Office 365
Own transport essential
