Key Responsibilities:
- Customer support with Dutch speaking clients.
- Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content for further action.
- Stay up-to-date with content moderation policies and apply them consistently.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while moderating content.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
- Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch speaker.
- Good command of English (B2 or above).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive content.
- Previous experience in a contact center is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.
