Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Supporting the organization of the Global Sales Summit including coordination and event preparation;
- Working closely with Global Process Owners across different sales processes with both recurring and ad-hoc tasks;
- Assisting with business data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making;
- Contributing to the documentation of sales processes including the creation of video-based content;
- Documenting processes and creating technical documentation to support first-level support activities for the Product Data Hotline;
- Assisting in the resolution of support cases including gathering and analyzing information from various systems primarily SAP ERP.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Academic degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
