About the Role

As part of the Application Production Support teamyou will ensure the smooth operation of critical business applicationsmaintaining high standards of stability availability and performance.

This position requires strong expertise in ITILprocesses DevOps tools observability platforms and cloud environmentscombined with the ability to quickly analyze incidents troubleshoot issuesand collaborate with multiple technical teams to implement long-termsolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Stability & Availability

• Monitor and maintain applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Participate in incident management and resolution including P1/P2 incident response and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Ensure compliance with ITIL governance and SLA commitments
• Execute deployments and change requests using DevOps tools and processes
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues impacting business operations
• Participate in on-call rotations supporting 24/7 critical applications

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Act as a technical point of contact for development teams during troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to design deploy and improve system reliability
• Support upgrades patches and new releases while minimizing service disruption

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain and update technical documentation troubleshooting guides and operational procedures
• Share best practices and operational knowledge with the global support team

Platform Monitoring & Observability

• Implement and optimize monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace
• Work with technical stakeholders to improve observability strategies
• Promote proactive monitoring to ensure early detection of system issues
