Job Description
UI/UX Designer JD:As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will lead design efforts across multiple products collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience. You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to final visual design and implementation. Your deep understanding of both UI and UX design principles will ensure a strong user-centered approach to all our digital Responsibilities:Lead and design user-centric experiences across web mobile and desktop closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into intuitive user-friendly wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions user research usability testing and feedback loops to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on UI component libraries and design systems to maintain consistency and scalability across junior designers and contribute to the professional development of the design updated on design trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices and innovative alongside front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and for the user in all aspects of design ensuring all products meet accessibility and usability with marketing and other departments to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all user :A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX portfolio demonstrating a breadth of work across UI and UX design showcasing both process and final deliverables (wireframes prototypes visual design).Expertise in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD and/or other relevant -depth understanding of design principles including layout typography color theory and accessibility experience with user research methods including interviews surveys usability testing and understanding of responsive design and best practices for designing across multiple devices (mobile tablet desktop).Experience with design systems and creating scalable design to mentor and collaborate with other designers and cross-functional communication skills both verbal and written to articulate design decisions and collaborate with with Agile development processes is Skills:Experience in a leadership role guiding design strategy and decision-making.A background in front-end development or understanding of coding is a with user-centered design methodologies like Design Thinking Lean UX and Agile UX.
