The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Were seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform duties such as scheduling meetings keeping calendars making travel arrangements setting up conference rooms answering and directing incoming phone calls assisting with the production and distribution of mailings opening and sorting incoming mail photocopying and maintaining informational files supplies and office equipment. You will be the primary contact for handling confidential business matters including coordination and communication with the Banks external clients and internal department addition you will generate business correspondence arrange official trips and coordinate extensive board meetings.

Responsibilities:

- Perform duties such as scheduling meetings keeping calendars making travel arrangements setting up conference rooms answering and directing incoming phone calls as appropriate assisting with the production and distribution of mailings and other materials opening and sorting incoming mail. photocopying informational files and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Primary contact for handling confidential business matters including extensive coordination and communication with Banks external clients interaction with internal department heads generation of business correspondence arranging official trips and full coordination of extensive board meetings.
- Process all expenses related to the Executives
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Executives.
- Cover and assist the neighboring secretaries especially while being away from their workstation or busy with the usual workload.
- Provide assistance and support to all the bank executives visiting NY.
- Perform related duties and participate in special projects as required.
- Conduct Self-inspection and Compliance check.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Executive Administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Japanese/English oral and written skills a plus.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Experience with Access is a plus.

Education:

Bachelors degree or a closely-related discipline or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $79K - $96K depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
