Job Summary

Lead architecture for a high-volume payments platform mentor a mature team and shape solutions that power billions of transactions across Southern Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

Extensive experience in payment systems especially transaction processing in retail environments (non-negotiable)
Strong technical background; software development or architecture experience highly advantageous
Ability to translate business requirements into modular scalable technical solutions
Proven analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
Team leadership experience (can be minimal as the team is highly mature)

Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field preferred
Solid experience in retail payments or transaction processing essential
Exposure to development testing and software architecture desirable
