Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst Cyber Security & Technology Projects

Brisbane Contract Opportunity Hybrid

Infotrust has been engaged by a leading enterprise organisation on the delivery of several major security and infrastructure transformation programs including Privileged Access Management (PAM) Privileged Remote Access (PRA) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

The Role

Youll be the link between business stakeholders delivery teams and vendors eliciting requirements mapping processes and translating complex operational/security needs into clear testable deliverables.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys distilling complexity and values fit-for-purpose documentation over lengthy specs.

Day to Day

Engaging with internal teams and external partners to gather and validate requirements
Supporting the delivery of PAM PRA and ZTNA platforms (e.g. Delinea BeyondTrust Cloudflare Access)
Creating user stories process maps and functional documentation
Facilitating workshops walkthroughs and interviews with technical and business stakeholders
Supporting testing UAT and traceability through delivery
Helping mature analysis capability and project documentation standards

Skills & Experience

5 years experience in BA or similar roles across technology or cyber programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business-aligned outputs
Experience working in infrastructure cloud or cyber security domains
Exposure to PAM ZTNA or identity platforms is a plus (e.g. Microsoft Cloudflare ServiceNow)
Comfortable operating with developing templates/processes and bringing your own toolkit
