About the role

The Lead Business Analyst provides leadership to a team of Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts ensuring highquality analysis and delivery across programs and projects. This role balances handson analysis with people leadership driving capability uplift consistent practices and effective collaboration across business and technology stakeholders. Working across complex initiatives the role translates strategic direction into actionable insights solution options and wellsupported recommendations that enable organisational transformation.

Reporting to the Manager Analysis Design and Delivery and working in the wider Enterprise Transformation division you will be joining a dedicated team focused on driving positive change across the organisation. The team values creativity and innovative thinking and engages with diverse stakeholders fosters collaborative relationships and promotes a high performing work culture.

Leads coaches and supports a team building capability driving consistent practices and fostering a collaborative highperforming culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Advanced Business & Technical Analysis

Delivers highquality analysis across complex programs including requirements gathering process and data analysis feasibility assessments and solution evaluation to translate strategy into actionable wellsupported recommendations

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Builds strong relationships across business and technology teams engaging senior leaders and project stakeholders to ensure alignment clarity and effective delivery of program outcomes.
