Job Summary

About the role

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Part Time Early Years Support Officerto be part of our exciting team at our Knox Children and Family Centres.

The Early Years Support Officer is required towork in collaboration with the Early Years Team to provide administrative and program support which fosters and strengthens integrated collaborative efficient and effective outcomes.

This role is 4 days per week and is a fixed term position until end June 2026.

This is a Band 4classified role remuneration will be $73349.33 - $78124.95depending on experience(pro-rata for part time) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

What you will bring to this role

The key selection criteria for this role are:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience and skills in administration and/or customer service.
  • Knowledge of the broad issues impacting on the Early Years services sector.
  • Proficiency in a range of computer applications operating systems online databases and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated use initiative and be able to work unsupervised.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise own workload to meet deadlines and competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
