Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to FDR Financial Group employees remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and update computer systems and applications.
- and maintain IT equipment to ensure functionality.
- Assist with password resets and access management.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience providing remote technical assistance.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.
