- Delegate service department repair orders to appropriate technicians depending on skill set
- Keep a detailed list of all repairs in progress to confirm expedited completion
- Keep service advisors and service manager updated on all repairs in progress
- Work with sales managers on all internal vehicle reconditioning work flow through the shop
- Work with QC associate to ensure all road testing and quality control checks are completed
- A minimum of three years experience in related position
- Strong communication skills and even demeanor
- Able to follow directions and goals
- Driven personality eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
