Job Summary
Job Description: Customer Service Data Entry Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer information into the database
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Assist customers with any data entry related issues or questions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service processes
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry role
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
