Help a food-tech business reinvent how people cook at homeby designing campaign work that makes customers open click pause and try something new.
Role Snapshot
For the next six months youll join our Central Creative Team as a hands-on Designer supporting high-visibility campaigns across CRM paid social and landing pages. Youll report to our Design Lead and collaborate closely with campaign content and performance partners across multiple markets.
This is not a keep-the-lights-on cover. Youll ship real work iterate in-market and help raise creative quality and consistency while moving fast.

What Youll Own
Youll take briefs from concept through deliverychallenging where needed proposing strong visual directions and shipping high-quality assets built to perform.
Your work will include:
Designing campaign creative across CRM (email) paid social and landing pagesfrom initial direction to final production files
Translating campaign objectives and performance goals into clear concepts scalable asset systems (formats variations localization-ready kits)
Building adapting and optimizing assets in Figma Adobe Creative Suite ensuring everything meets specs and is production-ready (digital occasional print)
Managing multiple deliverables and deadlines using Asana Google Drive with proactive stakeholder updates
Iterating on live creatives using feedback and performance insights (whats working what isnt what to test next)
Collaborating with other designers to keep output consistent on-brand and efficient across markets
Who This Role Is Great For
Were open to a wider range of seniority than mid-level only. If youre a strong Senior Designer / Art Directorleaning profile who can bring campaign maturity and systems thinking wed love to see your workespecially if youre excited to get hands-on and deliver in a fast cycle.
What matters most is portfolio strength good judgment and the ability to turn strategy into creative that ships and performs.
What You Bring
Must-haves
26 years in design (in-house or agency)were flexible on years if the portfolio is strong
A portfolio showing campaign work (email/CRM social landing pages) and how you think (not just final frames)
Strong craft across layout typography and composition; ability to work within brand systems while improving them
Working knowledge in Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and AI usage (mandatory)
Experience delivering assets that are channel- and performance-aware (formats specs iteration cycles)
Clear communication: you can explain choices trade-offs and what youd test next
Nice-to-haves
Motion / lightweight animation (After Effects etc.)
Experience with advertising-style campaign thinking (concept system rollout)
Comfort working with performance teams and using insights to iterate
Thoughtful use of AI tools (e.g. Midjourney) where it speeds up explorationnot as a replacement for craft
