Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative operational and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Co-founder’s office. This role involves managing schedules coordinating communications handling confidential information and supporting decision-making processes.
Roles & responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules appointments meetings and travel plans for the Co-founder
- Optimize the Founder’s time by managing calendar meetings and internal/external communications.
- Support brand positioning and promotional activities
- Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and follow up on action items
- Serve as primary point of contact between founders and internal teams
- Coordinate with external partners clients and stakeholders as needed
- Facilitate effective information flow across departments
- Key skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite Google Workspace and AI tools
