Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative operational and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Co-founder’s office. This role involves managing schedules coordinating communications handling confidential information and supporting decision-making processes.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules appointments meetings and travel plans for the Co-founder
  • Optimize the Founder’s time by managing calendar meetings and internal/external communications.
  • Support brand positioning and promotional activities
  • Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and follow up on action items
  • Serve as primary point of contact between founders and internal teams
  • Coordinate with external partners clients and stakeholders as needed
  • Facilitate effective information flow across departments
  • Key skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Google Workspace and AI tools
